Our firm’s Audit & Assurance practice is led by Partners who are all members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL). We provide Company Secretarial services, attending to formalities required by relevant authorities such as the Registrar of Companies. This includes matters related to the incorporation of companies, registration of trademarks/names, filing of annual returns, share issues and transfers, and attending board meetings.
Additionally, we offer recruitment services for both local and overseas placements and assist in the registration of companies as Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) approved ventures.
We offer to maintain your corporate secretarial statutory registers on our premises. Although we cannot relieve directors of their ultimate responsibilities under the law, we can make their lives easier by providing advice, scheduling all events, preparing all documents and forms, and dealing with the Registrar of Companies on their behalf. We provide the following services for all registered limited liability companies: maintaining statutory books, preparing and filing annual returns, drafting minutes, notices, and resolutions of all types, attending Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and any Extraordinary General Meetings, attending to all Registrar of Companies filing requirements, and handling share allotments and transfers.

Our fees, which may be billed as work progresses, are based on the time cost incurred by the individuals assigned to the engagement plus direct out-of-pocket expenses. Individual hourly rates vary according to the degree of responsibility involved and the experience and skill required. We are able to give an estimate of our cost for any specific assignment.
